Galliano’s collection for Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring 2009 gives you just that – the reason to dream and the perfect wardrobe for that dream!
For Christians, red, white and black are the colors of the Virgin Mary’s crone. Each color represent a specific phase in the life of a woman. White is purity, the first period of life, red is sensuality, represents an adult woman. Black is wisdom and experience. It is surprising that woman don’t integrate all these colors into their wedding dress since they carry a large load of symbolism.
